Weight loss resistance can be due to a number of factors including metabolic dysfunction, hormonal health, gut health, stress, sleep, environmental exposure, or underlying health conditions.

Research shows that women are more likely to struggle with weight loss and insulin resistance compared to men​. This is due to a number of reasons. Women are more complex, we have more complex hormonal patterns than men, and we are more sensitive to stress and dietary changes than men.

We can work together to take a holistic approach to weight loss. Focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, gut health and hormonal health. By taking a holistic approach to health we can work with your body, instead of against it to achieve your weight loss goals, and get you feeling your best!
